Moon4D Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Moon4D ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Moon4D online gaming platform accessible at https://moon4d.asia and any related mobile applications, products, or services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager through Moon4D, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using Moon4D and, if you have registered an account, contact our support team to request account closure. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an Account with Moon4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Moon4D strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
• You are accessing Moon4D as a private individual and not as a representative of any corporate entity for the purposes of wagering.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by Moon4D for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You understand that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each individual may register only one (1) Account with Moon4D. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account and must promptly notify Moon4D of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Moon4D will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you.

Before processing any withdrawal request, Moon4D is required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves the submission of satisfactory identity documents, which may include a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where required. Moon4D reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful completion of this verification process.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to Moon4D are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction. Moon4D accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Moon4D does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals to e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers to major Malaysian banks — including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong — are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes to reflect in the recipient account.

Moon4D reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request. Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees; actual times may vary based on payment provider availability and the Player's verification status.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity or wagering has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Moon4D reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its internal policy, as notified to the Player's registered email address with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Moon4D offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier benefits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specified at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Moon4D reserves the right to determine Player eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on restricted game categories may not contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• A Player may not hold more than one active bonus of the same type simultaneously, unless expressly permitted under the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.
• Moon4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse or system error.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, hedging strategies, or use of multiple accounts will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Moon4D platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — whether sports betting, live casino, slot games, 4D lottery, or arcade games. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules prior to placing any wager.

Moon4D offers pre-match and in-play sports betting across a range of sporting events including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. In-play odds reflect real-time conditions and may be suspended without notice at the Platform's discretion.

In the event of an error in published odds — including manifest pricing errors — Moon4D reserves the right to void any affected bets at its discretion. Bets placed on cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled events will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports-specific rules published on the platform.

Outcomes for all slot and digital casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-run expected return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or within any specific number of spins or hands.

A wager is only considered valid upon receipt of a confirmation notification from the Moon4D platform. Bets not confirmed due to system error, connectivity interruption, or platform maintenance are not valid and will not be honoured. Players are advised to retain confirmation records of all placed bets.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Moon4D is committed to maintaining the integrity of its gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any electronic device that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or wagering.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Match-fixing or knowingly wagering on events where the outcome has been pre-determined or influenced by any party.
• Exploitation of software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug or error is required to report it to Moon4D immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with Moon4D.
• Operating or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by applicable local law.

Moon4D employs advanced monitoring and fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Moon4D's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moon4D platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game designs, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall layout and structure of the website, is the exclusive intellectual property of Moon4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Moon4D platform without prior written authorisation from Moon4D.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moon4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond Moon4D's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Reliance on any information published on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Moon4D's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the balance held in the Player's Account at the time of the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Moon4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as specified by Moon4D.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or participation in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a lawful order from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring the restriction of the Account.
• Detection of Account inactivity in accordance with the policy described in Section 5.3.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Moon4D will not return funds held in Accounts closed due to material breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct.

12. Responsible Gambling

Moon4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. 13. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Moon4D employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. However, no internet-based system is entirely immune to security risks, and Moon4D cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Moon4D reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Moon4D will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at moon4d.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are revised.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the Moon4D Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, you agree to contact Moon4D's customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Moon4D aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter shall be subject to the applicable dispute resolution procedures. All formal communications relating to disputes must be directed to Moon4D in writing via the contact details provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

The decision of Moon4D on all matters relating to the Platform's operation — including but not limited to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account management decisions — shall be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory rights afforded to you under applicable law.
