If Moon4D becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. The Moon4D platform may display content from or references to third-party services, including payment gateway interfaces operated by providers such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and Malaysian banking institutions. When you interact with third-party payment interfaces or services, your data is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties, over which Moon4D has no control.
Moon4D is not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of any third-party service provider. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your Moon4D account.
In the course of operating the Moon4D platform, personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of Malaysia.
